John D. Hezel, Ph.D.
Dr. Hezel is founder and president of John D. Hezel Associates, Inc.
He has extensive experience in the behavioral sciences complementing
his current work as management and organizational psychologist. Since
1973 he has had great success with assisting small, medium and large
size companies in the selection, training development and compensation
of management, supervisory and sales personnel, and for the last few
years has assisted companies in making a successful and profitable transition
from the entrepreneurial stage to the professionally managed stage of
growth. Dr. Hezel is a graduate of St. Louis University where he obtained
his B.S. in business administration and industrial relations and his
Ph.D. in psychology.
Mary Martin, MA
With over 18 years experience and a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology, Mary Martin has been a vital and consistent asset to the
clients of John D. Hezel & Associates, Inc. Mary is responsible
for on-going client validation studies, employee and customer satisfaction
surveys, prescreening assessments, and testing research.
